As an IT geek myself at work I struggle with the concept that big contracts are drawn with big companies, yet the resulting tech and support… is lacking.

Please note – this is not levelled at any particular workplace or company; I have seen it everywhere!

We actually find that if WiFi is enabled on out mobiles the internet stops on our bus!

Some of the inane chatter, music, etc is crazy some days!
