Creating Tech Contracts

Not everyone will get this, I know that. A little Context:

As an IT geek myself at work I struggle with the concept that big contracts are drawn with big companies, yet the resulting tech and support… is lacking.

Please note – this is not levelled at any particular workplace or company; I have seen it everywhere!
